  • Significant Errors in the Estimate: If a client identifies significant miscalculations or discrepancies in the estimate that deviate from the provided project details, we may offer a partial or full refund after review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If a client decides not to proceed with the project after the requirement gathering has started.
  • Client-Provided Incomplete or Incorrect Information: If an estimate is prepared based on inaccurate details provided by the client, we are not responsible for refunds.
  • Completed Services: Once project is completed according to the requirements, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Email us at info@smartservicesgroups.com with their order details and the reason for the refund request within 7 days of service delivery.
  • Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days and respond accordingly.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Modifications & Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer one free revision to make necessary adjustments based on additional information provided by the client.
